If you pack a box yourself and it gets damaged, carriers will frequently deny insurance claims due to improper packaging. However, when you utilize our on-site professional packing services, we use industry-grade materials and custom corrugated box sizing to guarantee your package for carrier insurability.


Carrier Drop-Offs & Amazon Returns

Q: Can I drop off my prepaid return packages at your location for free?
A: Yes! We are an authorized, secure collection point for all prepaid USPS and IPS / Meest USA shipments at no additional counter fee. Please note that we are actively expanding our retail accounts to officially accept FedEx and UPS prepaid drop-offs very soon.

Q: Do you accept unboxed or unlabeled Amazon QR code returns?
A: At this time, we can only process Amazon returns that utilize the printed shipping label option. Your item must be taped securely inside a box or envelope with the barcode label firmly attached to the exterior. Or you can bring your item in and we can professionally pack it and ship it via printed shipping label option.  We do charge a nominal fee for our packing services.  We cannot scan raw QR codes on a mobile screen for loose items that lack standard packaging, but will be coming very soon.


Mailbox Rentals & Tax Prep Questions

Q: What is the benefit of renting a private mailbox over a standard P.O. Box?
